Nayar also had an assist while Grace Estby added two more goals just three minutes apart to give the home team a 3-0 win Thursday night in a Lake Conference clash.

Wayzata scored just four first-half goals and outscored their opponents 31-8 in second-half action coming into the match, and the Trojans continued their second-half scoring dominance with all three goals coming after the break.  

Wayzata, ranked No. 1 in the Class 3A coaches, finished the season without a loss and a 15-0-1 overall record. The only hiccup in the record was a tie with Lake Conference rival Minnetonka earlier in the season. The No. 6-3A Skippers 11-2-2, 8-1-2), however, finished second in the league standings, just behind the Trojans (10-0-1).

Sophomore goalkeeper Peyton Anderson finished the match with seven saves for Buffalo (3-8-5, 0-5-3), which was outshot 10-1.
