We task our reporters with identifying several intriguing games throughout the state to assemble our Top Games of the Week. The matchups are presented in no particular order, and when there are additional games we want to highlight, we’ll include them with brief notes.

Little Falls vs. St. John’s Prep, 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 16. Little Falls (5-0) and Mikayla Houdek, who ranks in a tie for second in the state with 12 goals, faces a top Granite Ridge Conference foe in St. John’s Prep (3-1).

Winona Cotter vs. Dover-Eyota, 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 14. No. 7-1A Winona Cotter (4-0-0), featuring 11-goal scorer Olivia Gardner, looks to remain unbeaten against Three Rivers Conference foe Dover-Eyota (3-1).
