And the winner is...MN Boys' Soccer Hub Top Performer revealed

See who fans voted as the top performer from Aug. 27-Sept. 12.

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Soccer Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top performer winner

Cooper Nowak, Princeton. The junior forward has been a big part of the Tigers’ offense through four straight wins to start the season. Nowak has recorded at least three points in each victory, tallying 10 goals and adding four assists as the Tigers outscored opponents by a combined total of 23-0.

Top performer candidates

Tanner Bollman, North Branch. The junior goalkeeper started the season strong, earning a 20-save shutout on Aug. 27 in a 0-0 tie with St. Francis. The next game, he allowed one goal on 15 shots in a 1-1 draw against Cambridge-Isanti. Bollman earned his second shutout of the season on Sept. 8 in the Vikings' 5-0 defeat of Becker.

Dylan Olson, Minnetonka. The senior forward led the Skippers to three wins in four games to open their season, with Olson playing a part in 17 of the Skippers’ 22 points. Olson tallied a total of 13 goals and four assists in the wins against Buffalo (7-0 on Aug. 27), Hopkins (10-0 on Aug. 29) and Eden Prairie (5-1 on Sept. 8).

Drake Schramm, Cloquet-Esko-Carlton. Schramm led the Lumberjacks to a 13-1 season-opening win against Two Harbors on Aug. 27, as the senior forward made his way into the record books recording eight assists and 12 points in the win. His eight assists is second-most all time in a single game, according to the Minnesota State High School League. The feat trails only Kevin Franco of Hillcrest Lutheran Academy/Pelican Rapids who recorded 11 assists in 2013. Schramm’s 12 points trails only Franco (2013) and Elliot Cassut (2012) of Minneapolis South who have each recorded 14 points in a single game.

Zachary Susee, Shakopee. A forward, Susee factored into nearly all of the Sabers’ goals during their first three wins this season. He opened his senior campaign with three goals and two assists in a 5-1 win against Eagan on Aug. 27. He then recorded eight points (4 goals, 4 assists) in the Sabers' 10-0 rout of Apple Valley on Sept. 2. Susee scored twice and added two assists in a 4-1defeat of Burnsville on Sept. 10.
