Her Spuds are 6-0-0 entering the week and have outscored opponents 57-0, thanks, in part, to Watson's offensive leadership.

The forward leads the state with 31 goals and has tallied nine assists — second only to her teammate Maria Zanotti, who has 11 assists. In her season-opening game on Aug. 27, Watson scored 11 goals in a 17-0 triumph over Rocori, setting a new MSHSL girls’ record for goals in a single game.

Watson, a North Dakota State University commit, recently spoke with the MN Soccer Hub about that record-setting game, the Spuds’ success to date this season, and who’s had the biggest impact on her playing career.
