East Grand Forks scoring sensation Chloe Torgerson, who ranks among the state scoring leaders with 14 goals, has helped boost the Green Wave (6-0-1, 3-0-1) to the top of the Lakes to Prairie Conference.
Sharing the league lead is Bemidji (4-2-1, 3-0-1), which lost 5-0 to Moorhead last Thursday but has shut out opponents in four of its victories. Abby Kieson and Anna Garrigan split the goalkeeping duties in the loss to the Spuds. They also shared the duties on Sept. 7 in a 5-0 triumph over Hillcrest Lutheran.
