St. Paul Academy earned the No. 1 seed in Section 3.
The Spartans (13-2), who are ranked third in the Class 1A coaches' poll, are powered by the scoring of Olivia Lagos. The freshman forward had a team-high 18 goals during the regular season.
A state tournament appearance in 2017 would be the second consecutive for the Spartans.
Of St. Paul Academy's two losses this season, one came to second-seeded Visitation (11-2-2). The No. 8-1A Blazers defeated the Spartans 2-1 during the regular season.
Holy Angels (9-3-4) is the third seed and Bloomington Kennedy (8-5-2) is fourth.
