Maple Grove junior Ryan DeBois had nine goals in three games as the Crimson put together a five-game winning streak.

DeBois scored all five goals in a 5-0 win over Elk River on Sept. 8 and followed that with a goal in a 3-1 win over Centennial on Sept. 10. The forward had a hat trick in a 5-1 win over Blaine on Sept. 12, giving him 11 on the season.

The No. 10-2A Crimson (5-2, 5-1) started their run after opening the season with a 2-0 loss to No. 3-1A Orono and ended it with a 4-1 loss to Champlin Park Sept. 17.

Totino-Grace (5-2, 4-2) has rebounded from a 1-2 start with three straight shutout victories. The Eagles have allowed just three goals, two of which came in a 4-2 win over Anoka in the season opener.

Herbert Endeley has three goals in the last five games for No. 7-1A Totino-Grace, and Embuma Namarra had two goals in a 4-0 victory at Elk River on Sept. 12. Goalkeeper Matt O’Dea has 15 saves in five games for the Eagles.
