Chaska at Minnetonka
7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17

Chaska (2-3) played well in a 2-1 loss to No. 1-1A Benilde-St. Margaret’s and followed it up with 1-0 losses to St. Louis Park and Shakopee last week, which may make facing No. 7-2A Minnetonka even tougher.

The Skippers stubbled at home against No. 6-2A Eden Prairie and lost 1-0, dropping their first game of the season. Minnetonka hasn't buried a lot of goals, with six so far, and hit its high-water mark in a 3-2 victory over Hopkins.

However, the Skippers boast a 4-1-1 record, which says a lot about how strong their defense is this season.

Chaska tallied seven goals in its first two games and will try to find a way to breakdown Minnetonka’s defense.
