She scored twice, and added three assists, in an 8-0 victory over Willmar on Aug. 31 and had three goals in a 4-1 win over Sauk Rapids-Rice two days earlier. McElfresh has recorded a goal in all four games this season.

Lily Hernandez, Cristo Rey Jesuit. Hernandez has seven goals, but none were more important than the three she tallied in her team's last two games. The junior scored twice in a 4-2 victory over St. Paul Como Park on Aug. 31 and had one in a 2-1 win at Concordia Academy on Aug. 29.

Sami Szendrey, Two Harbors. Szendrey more than doubled her goal total this season with a pair of two-goal performances. The junior forward accounted for all the Agates' scoring in a 2-1 win over Hibbing on Aug. 28 and notched two more goals in a 4-0 victory over Grand Rapids on Aug. 31, giving her seven goals on the season.

Kendra Kelley, Cloquet. Kelley closed August with a five-goal week, helping lead the Lumberjacks to a pair of impressive wins. The junior had the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Chisago Lakes on Aug. 31. Three days earlier, she scored four times in a 5-1 win at Tartan.

Holly Harrison, Orono. Harrison had two goals in 3-0 win over DeLaSalle on Aug. 29 and recorded two assists in a 6-1 win over Rochester Lourdes three days later. Her performance is one reason why the Spartans could dominate again this season.
