In the north, Minneota (22-6) took the No. 1 seed. The No. 3-1A Vikings come into section play winning nine of their past 10 matches. Canby (20-7) will challenge Minneota as the No. 2 seed.
MACCRAY (17-6), the No. 3 seed, comes in as the Camden North conference champion. Fourth-seeded Wabasso (22-4) finished its conference play with a perfect 9-0 record.
Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (23-4) claimed the No. 1 seed in the south. No. 2-1A Panthers are the defending section champions and took third in 2016.
Windom (17-6) is the No. 2 seed and will try to avenge a four-set loss to Tracy-Milroy-Balaton in section play.
Meanwhile, third-seeded Murray County Central (13-6) is red hot entering the postseason. The Rebels have won seven matches in a row. Hills-Beaver Creek (10-4) is the No. 4 seed.
