Stillwater vs. Woodbury
7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22

Woodbury still has only one loss to East Ridge in their rivalry, as the No. 10-2A Royals narrowly defeated the No. 4-2A Raptors 1-0 on Sept. 12 when Kaitlyn Bieszk scored with 16 seconds left in the game.

Even with a 0-0 tie with Cretin-Derham Hall two days later, Woodbury (6-2-1, 2-1-1) seems to trending up after a 2-2 start to the season and remains in the hunt for the Suburban East Conference title.

Stillwater also looks to run down league leader and No. 3-2A-ranked Mounds View and a victory over Woodbury could provide the fuel.

The No. 6-2A Ponies (8-1, 2-1) are powered by the offensive duo of Kallie Clements (9 goals, 3 assists) and Julia Bernard (8 goals, 1 assist) and a defense that has allowed just three goals this season.

Stillwater's lone loss was to East Ridge in a 2-1 game. The Ponies have yet to be shut out this season, but the Royals, who have five shutouts, will be eager to become the first on that list.
