Nan Glinsek, a second team all-state selection last year, leads No. 7-2A Centennial with four goals this season and should be key as the Cougars seek a return trip to the state tournament after placing third last season.

Centennial meets up with No. 6-1A Totino-Grace in an early season Northwest Suburban Conference matchup. The Cougars (3-0-1, 1-0-1) return as the two-time defending league champion and finished with an 11-1-1 conference mark last year.

Nicole Newman leads the Eagles (2-0-1, 2-0) with three goals in three games. Arianna Del Moral and Ashley Cordero also have goals for Totino-Grace, which beat Anoka 2-1, Park Center 2-0 and tied Holy Angels 1-1.
