St. Louis Park and Wayzata meet in a rematch of last season's Class 2A, Section 6 championship, where the Trojans came away with a 4-2 victory.

It proved vastly different from when the teams meet in the second game of the season. Wayzata routed St. Louis Park 5-1.

The Orioles bounced back and finished with a 9-4-3 record, including a 2-1 victory over Minneapolis South in the section semifinals.

Eight players are expected to return for St. Louis Park this season.
