Eden Prairie at Wayzata
5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 11

Minnetonka, the defending state Class 2A champion, was the Lake Conference team most expected to be undefeated three weeks into the season. However, Eden Prairie (6-0-0) is the team without a loss.

The Eagles (No. 4) have been outstanding on defense, allowing only three goals, thanks in part to the stellar play of sophomore goalkeeper Lyndsey Eliasen.

Wayzata (4-0-2) has also been playing well defensively but the Trojans (No. 6-2A) have been winning with their offense. They are averaging 4.6 goals per game, led by junior Ruby Stauber's 10 goals.
